Animals

All animals boarded at Moss Lea Kennels & Cattery are left at the owners risk and no animal can be accepted without valid vaccinations, proof of these is required, including kennel cough for dogs.

Cancellation 

We appreciate plans do change, if bookings are cancelled within 7 days a charge of 50% may be incurred. 

No shows may be charged 75% of booking cost.

Medication

We don't charge to administer medication, including injections. All medication must be clearly labelled along with clear written instructions. We will run through with you what needs to be taken and when. 

Prices

The day of arrival is charged for, collection day is not charged for if animal is collected by 12pm. 

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are charged at 11/2 days rate and we are closed for drop off and collection on these days.

Payment

We require payment in full on collection of your pet. We accept card payments, chequers or cash. We do not offer reduction in price if you collect your pet early. 

Food

We supply everything your pet needs whilst staying with us, food bedding etc. You are welcome to bring your pets own food if you prefer, just bring it in a labled container. Any toys, bedding etc are welcome but we can't beheld responsible for loss of damage. 

Data Protection

We retain essential client data for our personal records, we do not share this information with anyone else and will only ever contact you in regards to your pet.

Illness or Accident

We take every care we can to ensure your pet has a safe and enjoyable holiday with us, should they become unwell or need medical attention we will contact you or your emergency number and take them to your vet, or our own, whichever is nearer. Any veterinary costs incurred will be paid by the owner.

We must be made aware of any illness the animal has prior to boarding.
